New Year techie plans

So, here it is 2018! What’s on your ‘to achieve’ list for the year ahead?

Our plans for the coming months is to build on some of the new workshops and areas that we tepidly entered into last year, including running more smart materials workshops and innovation hubs, getting involved in more ‘maker’ style activities and working with our new contacts and connections to bring creative tech maker sessions into different spaces, and exploring much more how we can use our techie ‘know how’ in creative ways in heritage projects. As well as these new directions, we will continue finesing our work in our usual areas, from supporting young people to develop media skills, delivering blogging sessions and working on digital inclusion activities across the North West.

With January being a bit of quiet month, we will be knuckling down to some funding bids, project plan writing and generally getting ourselves prepped to take on new things, develop existing projects and workshops and generally spread some techie goodness… Watch this space for how our story of 2018 unfolds!
