i-Well is a digital well-being project for adults with learning disabilities. As part of the project, a set of 6 workshops and resources have been developed that explore topics such as using social media, self-representation online, healthy relationships, and information, media, & ICT literacies. Within the activities in these workshops, transferable capacities such as critical thinking skills and emotional resilience are embedded. The project was supported by a grant from The Big Lottery fund.
The workshops are designed to support people to engage positively with social media platforms and digital communication tools, and the resources and activities have been developed to be accessible for people with learning disabilities. You can download the resource pack here.
